We're both a rescue and a sanctuary with two parts of the same mission: to give animals the care, safety, and stability they deserve.
As a rescue, we take in animals who need a reset before moving on to a new home. These are mostly adoptable cats, rabbits, and small animals who are ready for a fresh start, but we've taken in just about every animal. We provide medical care, socialization, and time so when they’re placed, it’s a match that lasts.
As a sanctuary, we’re home to over 80 animals, which include 50+ feral cats, 5 goats, 7 horses, 2 mini horses, 5 bunnies, and a bird, who aren’t up for adoption. These are the foster fails (yes we do it too) the medically challenged and the straight untouchable that became our lifers, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
They’re here because they need long-term support, because they’ve finally landed somewhere safe, or because we said yes when no one else would. Horses, pigs, goats, minis, rabbits, cats, and more make up the crew. They have preferences. They have routines. They have full-blown personalities.
Basically, if it has a heartbeat and a backstory, we’ve probably helped one.
We’re a small, donation-funded team powered by love, grit, and community support. Like many grassroots rescues, we often operate donation to donation—every dollar goes directly to vet bills, feed, and care. It’s not always easy, but it’s real. And we show up every day because these animals are worth it.
Our mission?
To create a world where even the weirdos, the wounded, and the wild ones have a place to just be.
Bonus points if they don’t eat drywall.
Whether you’re here to adopt, volunteer, donate, or just learn more—we’re so glad you found us. This work is personal, and it only happens because people like you choose to be part of it.
