Volunteer Day

We are feeling really grateful for everything this awesome community built and are continuing to build and we just want to share that. 

Last weekend we had our second volunteer day and it was so wonderful to have people come out and lend a hand. It really does make a difference. More than people probably realize. Having extra hands even for just a few hours helps us catch up in ways that ripple through the whole month! 

We also recently wrangled a second volunteer into helping us throughout the week and that has been equally amazing. He has been amazing at tackling some of the many weekly tasks and we are finally finding breathing room to focus on projects we want to finish!

We also have sponsors for some of the sanctuary horses and someone just started sponsoring the goats! That kind of ongoing support is such a gift and we are so grateful for every single person who has committed to showing up for these animals in that way.

And if that was not enough to make us smile, the wildflowers we planted last year are all coming up right now. We are literally watching the fruits of our labor grow and it just feels really good.

Whether you have volunteered, donated, sponsored an animal, shared a post or just been along for the ride we see you and we are really thankful for you. There is a lot coming and we are so excited to keep building this with all of you.
